Gabriela Ruiz is the managing partner of the firm’s Miami office and leads the firm’s Latin America practice. She is a highly-regarded litigator and seasoned trial lawyer who represents individual and corporate clients in domestic and cross-border disputes. Her practice includes complex commercial litigation, international judgment enforcement, asset recovery, and white collar defense.
Throughout her career, she has devoted much of her time to public interest and pro bono matters, including representation of children in various proceedings. She has also taught as an adjunct professor at the University of Florida, Levin College of Law and Rutgers Law School-Newark.
Gabriela has been recognized and ranked for her excellent legal work and client service by numerous research firms and publications, including those that are reviewed by peers and clients.
